Some colleges ask for an “academic evaluation” and some ask for a “instructor recommendation.” i assume these are the same thing, but on the common app under “recommenders and ferpa” there are two different options to invite recommenders I transferred for personal reasons (including a documented title 9 case where i was the victim), but i regret my decision a ton One for “all colleges” and one that is school specific
But if you choose to apply as a transfer (either now, or after attending some college after high school graduation), then all of your college course work, including dual enrollment courses, will be considered for transferability to the new college.
As my winter break is coming to an end, i’m dreading going back to college, and i’m trying to decide if i should apply to transfer next year If you are determined to transfer, go to community college You will save money, get stellar recs, and have a 4.0 Most schools take more cc transfers (the aa degree is terminal) than they take from schools whose students could complete a bachelor degree right where they are
Or you could embrace one of your existing choices and commit. I am hoping to be a sophomore year transfer, but i took two summer classes and my gpa is currently a 3.5 Do i have a chance at all if my gpa remains a 3.5, or should i look at other schools? The evaluation of any transfer credit will take place only after a student has accepted an offer of admission from the university

I’ve posted here before, but to keep things simple i’m a typical cc student Horrid hs grades due to family issues and a 28 act If i’m applying to transfer as a junior (i’ll have enough credits) do i stand a chance at places like duke, umich,usc,unc, syracuse.
