I wouldn't worry about it This is a fairly common problem, typically caused by something leaking in the engine bay. Drive it for two months and check it again

Sounds like the leak is the hot cooling filling the reservoir, which overfills and leaks

It had a little drop hanging from the one spot it's dripping from, which is under the front bumper.
