It’ll tell you if a professor routinely ask the class to stay late or locks the doors 5 minutes after class start So there’s a website rating professors, and while i have not care about students criticisms, a bad review calling me the worst professor and even saying my personality does not help was published. I've looked through rate my professor and overall i've been hearing mixed opinions on the reliability of the website in terms of the reviews of the professors Can anyone attest to how credible the site is for determining how good a professor will be? Rmp and similar websites (rate my teacher for example) are huge wastes of time I especially hate when people decide whether they should take a class with a certain professor based solely off of his/her rating on rmp.
Rate my professor is usually nonsense
I studied english and all the reviews were bad because students were surprised that they had to read in a literature class. During the checks for assignments that had to be done over zoom he made it fun and actually guided me when i was a little lost I sorry to hear all those in the 3600 has such a bad experience with him but he was my favorite professor and my favorite class during my undergraduate was cs 3651. Rate my professor is good for finding clear descriptions of how an instructor organizes the class and what kind of material they assign.
